Step的付款流程

当舞者购买您的活动门票时，资金会通过我们的支付合作伙伴安全处理。我们支持三种付款方式：Stripe Connect、PayPal和Wise。

您在设置组织者账户时选择首选付款方式。门票销售的资金会保留到活动结束后，然后自动转入您的账户。

Stripe Connect

Stripe Connect可在45个以上国家/地区直接付款到您的银行账户。Stripe处理合规性、安全性和税务报告。

要求

• Stripe支持国家的银行账户
• 用于身份验证的政府签发身份证件
• 商业信息（商业账户）
• 税务信息（美国的SSN/EIN，其他国家的同等信息）

付款时间

费用

Stripe费用在购买时从每张门票销售中扣除。没有额外的付款费用。

费用因国家/地区而异。请访问stripe.com/pricing查看您所在地区的费率。Step在Stripe的处理费基础上增加2.8%的平台费。

PayPal付款

PayPal是我们支持的付款方式之一，覆盖150多个国家和25种以上货币。

要求

• PayPal商业或个人账户
• 与PayPal关联的已确认电子邮件地址
• 建议验证账户以获得更高限额

付款时间

费用

PayPal付款费用由Step支付，您收到全额。根据您所在国家/地区，可能会收取标准PayPal提款到银行的费用。

Wise payouts

Wise is one of our three payout methods, alongside Stripe Connect and PayPal. You provide your bank account details for your country, Wise verifies them with your receiving bank, and Step sends payouts at the mid-market exchange rate.

Requirements

• Full legal name as it appears on the receiving bank account
• Bank account details for your country (ACH routing + account number for the US, IBAN for the EU, sort code + account number for the UK, etc.). Wise tells the app exactly which fields to collect
• Receive currency (Wise supports 40+ destination currencies)

Verification

When you submit your details, Wise runs a bank-level check that confirms the account exists and that the legal name matches the account holder. The Wise tab in Step only shows "Connected" once this check passes. If Wise can't verify, the connection stays pending and no payouts run until you correct the details.

Payout timing

Wise transfer fees and exchange rates vary by corridor. Step covers Wise transfer fees on regular payout schedules. The 2.8% Step platform fee is taken at ticket purchase (paid by the buyer), so the amount you receive equals the ticket price minus that platform fee.
