مدفوعاتك محمية

تتعاون Step مع Stripe، أحد معالجي الدفع الرائدين في العالم، للتعامل مع جميع المعاملات. تعالج Stripe مئات المليارات من الدولارات سنويًا لملايين الشركات، بما في ذلك العديد من الشركات التي تستخدمها على الأرجح كل يوم.

الشراء على Step بسيط:

2. اختر تذاكرك: اختر نوع التذكرة والكمية. بعض الفعاليات تقدم مستويات مختلفة أو أسعار الحجز المبكر.
3. ادفع بأمان: ادفع بطريقتك المفضلة. تتم معالجة دفعتك فورًا من خلال Stripe.
4. احصل على تذاكرك: تظهر التذاكر فورًا في Step. أظهر رمز QR عند الباب - لا حاجة للطباعة.

Private classes are offered by talent booked at events. This is a safety measure that ensures you're learning from verified instructors. Book and pay securely through the app.

Fees and pricing

We believe in transparent, fair pricing. Here's how fees work on Step:

• No platform fees for organizers: We don't take a cut from what you earn. Fees are added at checkout and paid by the buyer. See our full pricing breakdown.
• Buyer pays: A 2.8% Step fee is added at checkout.
• Organizer pays: Payment processing fees are deducted from payouts, depending on the payout method you connect (Stripe, PayPal, or Wise).
• Free events: Listing free events costs nothing.

للمنظمين: تلقي المدفوعات

تلقي المدفوعات كمنظم بسيط وشفاف:

How it works:

1. لا رسوم منصة للمنظمين: نحن لا نأخذ حصة مما تكسبه. تُضاف الرسوم عند الدفع ويدفعها المشتري.
2. المشتري يدفع: تُضاف رسوم Step بنسبة 2.8% عند الدفع.
3. المنظم يدفع: رسوم معالجة Stripe (2.9% + 1.00 AED لكل معاملة) تُخصم من المدفوعات.
4. مدفوعات سريعة: بمجرد الاتصال بـ Stripe، تصل المدفوعات عادةً إلى حسابك المصرفي في غضون 2-7 أيام عمل، حسب بلدك.

Multi-currency support

Dance is global, and so is Step. We support multiple currencies so dancers can pay in their local currency and organizers can receive funds in theirs.

Currency conversion is handled automatically at competitive rates. You'll always see the exact amount you'll pay before confirming your purchase.

Refunds and disputes

Life happens. Events get cancelled, plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair for everyone. Each organizer sets their own refund terms, which are clearly displayed before you buy.

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll receive a full refund automatically. For other situations, see the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your data stays yours

We only share the minimum information needed to process your payment. Stripe handles your payment details directly. We never see your full card number.

For event tickets, organizers receive your name and email so they can send event updates and verify your ticket at check-in. That's it. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
