Getting started is easy

Find or create your event

Search WeDance for your listing. Many events are already online from flyers. Claim yours free on the web, or create a new event if it is not listed yet.

Claim ownership (or publish)

Link Instagram when the handle matches for instant approval, or submit a claim for a short review. Creating a new event puts you in control immediately.

Add tickets and connect payouts

Set paid, free, or pay-at-venue tiers on the web. Connect Stripe or PayPal so paid checkout can charge buyers. Free tickets do not need a payout rail.

Share and sell

Share your public event page. Buyers purchase on the web. Track sales, message attendees, and get paid after the event on your connected rail.

*Domestic transactions are when the buyer's card is issued in the same country as your Stripe account. International transactions apply when the card is issued in a different country.

Note: the fees above are for card processing (PayPal rates vary by country). To receive your money, you can connect Stripe, PayPal, or Wise as your payout method. Wise uses the mid-market exchange rate with no markup.

PayPal Payouts

PayPal is one of our supported payout methods, available in 150+ countries and 25+ currencies.

Requirements

  • A PayPal Business or Personal account
  • Confirmed email address linked to PayPal
  • Verified account recommended for higher limits

PayPal payout fees are paid by Step. You receive the full amount. Standard PayPal withdrawal fees to your bank may apply depending on your country.

Stripe Connect

Stripe Connect offers payouts directly to your bank account in 45+ countries. Stripe handles compliance, security, and tax reporting.

Requirements

  • A bank account in a Stripe-supported country
  • Government-issued ID for identity verification
  • Business information (for business accounts)
  • Tax information (SSN/EIN in US, equivalent in other countries)

Wise

You don't need a Wise account: just enter any normal bank account in your country. Wise verifies it with your bank, then Step sends payouts there at the mid-market exchange rate.

Requirements

  • Your full legal name as it appears on the receiving bank account
  • Bank account details for your country (ACH for the US, IBAN for the EU, sort code for the UK, etc.)
  • Wise's bank-level verification must pass before Step marks you as connected
