As our Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping, managing, and growing the WeDance brand globally. You'll work to ensure our vision and values are consistently conveyed across all touchpoints, helping us build a strong brand identity that resonates with dancers worldwide.

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy and guidelines
Oversee all branded content across platforms to ensure consistency
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to amplify our brand voice
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify brand opportunities
Plan and execute brand campaigns that strengthen our position in the dance community
Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Persyaratan

3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media branding
Experience working with global or multicultural brands
Passion for dance culture and community building

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create beautiful, intuitive interfaces that help dancers discover, connect, and engage with our platform. You'll shape how dancers worldwide experience WeDance, making complex features simple and enjoyable to use.

Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Conduct user research and usability testing
Develop and maintain our design system
Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation
Continuously iterate and improve user experiences based on feedback

Persyaratan

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
Experience working in agile/scrum environments
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
