Step collabora con Stripe, uno dei principali elaboratori di pagamenti al mondo, per gestire tutte le transazioni. Stripe elabora centinaia di miliardi di dollari all'anno per milioni di aziende, incluse molte che probabilmente usi ogni giorno.

- Ottieni i tuoi biglietti: I biglietti appaiono immediatamente in Step. Mostra il tuo codice QR all'ingresso, nessuna stampa necessaria.
Private classes are offered by talent booked at events. This is a safety measure that ensures you're learning from verified instructors. Book and pay securely through the app.
Fees and pricing
We believe in transparent, fair pricing. Here's how fees work on Step:
Step platform fee
A small 2.8% fee is added to ticket purchases at checkout. This fee is paid by the ticket buyer, not the organizer. It helps us maintain the platform, develop new features, and support our dance community.
- No platform fees for organizers: We don't take a cut from what you earn. Fees are added at checkout and paid by the buyer. See our full pricing breakdown.
- Buyer pays: A 2.8% Step fee is added at checkout.
- Organizer pays: Payment processing fees are deducted from payouts, depending on the payout method you connect (Stripe, PayPal, or Wise).
- Free events: Listing free events costs nothing.

Ricevere pagamenti come organizzatore è semplice e trasparente:
How it works:
- Nessuna commissione di piattaforma per gli organizzatori: Non prendiamo una parte di ciò che guadagni. Le commissioni vengono aggiunte al checkout e pagate dall'acquirente.
- L'acquirente paga: Una commissione Step dell'1,5% viene aggiunta al checkout.

- Pagamenti rapidi: Una volta connesso a Stripe, i pagamenti arrivano tipicamente sul tuo conto bancario entro 2-7 giorni lavorativi, a seconda del tuo paese.
Multi-currency support
Dance is global, and so is Step. We support multiple currencies so dancers can pay in their local currency and organizers can receive funds in theirs.
Currency conversion is handled automatically at competitive rates. You'll always see the exact amount you'll pay before confirming your purchase.
Refunds and disputes
Life happens. Events get cancelled, plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair for everyone. Each organizer sets their own refund terms, which are clearly displayed before you buy.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll receive a full refund automatically. For other situations, see the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your data stays yours
We only share the minimum information needed to process your payment. Stripe handles your payment details directly. We never see your full card number.
For event tickets, organizers receive your name and email so they can send event updates and verify your ticket at check-in. That's it. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
