Step은 세계 최고의 결제 프로세서 중 하나인 Stripe와 제휴하여 모든 거래를 처리합니다. Stripe는 매년 수백억 달러를 수백만 기업을 위해 처리하며, 아마 매일 사용하는 많은 기업이 포함됩니다.
- PCI-DSS 레벨 1 인증: 결제 보안 인증의 최고 수준.
- 암호화된 거래: 카드 정보는 암호화되어 당사 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
- 사기 방지: 고급 머신 러닝이 사기 활동을 감지하고 방지합니다.
전체 카드 번호를 보거나 저장하지 않습니다. 결제 수단을 저장하면 Stripe가 정보를 안전하게 저장하여 다음에 더 빠르게 결제할 수 있습니다.

댄서를 위해: 티켓 및 레슨 구매
Step에서 구매는 간단합니다:

- 안전하게 결제: 원하는 수단으로 결제하세요. 결제는 Stripe를 통해 즉시 처리됩니다.
- 티켓 받기: 티켓이 즉시 Step에 나타납니다. 입구에서 QR 코드를 보여주세요, 인쇄 필요 없음.
Private classes are offered by talent booked at events. This is a safety measure that ensures you're learning from verified instructors. Book and pay securely through the app.
Fees and pricing
We believe in transparent, fair pricing. Here's how fees work on Step:
Step platform fee
A small 2.8% fee is added to ticket purchases at checkout. This fee is paid by the ticket buyer, not the organizer. It helps us maintain the platform, develop new features, and support our dance community.
- No platform fees for organizers: We don't take a cut from what you earn. Fees are added at checkout and paid by the buyer. See our full pricing breakdown.
- Buyer pays: A 2.8% Step fee is added at checkout.
- Organizer pays: Payment processing fees are deducted from payouts, depending on the payout method you connect (Stripe, PayPal, or Wise).
- Free events: Listing free events costs nothing.
주최자를 위해: 대금 수령
주최자로서 대금을 받는 것은 간단하고 투명합니다:
How it works:
- 주최자에게 플랫폼 수수료 없음: 수익에서 몫을 가져가지 않습니다. 수수료는 결제 시 추가되고 구매자가 지불합니다.
- 구매자가 지불: 결제 시 2.8% Step 수수료가 추가됩니다.
- 주최자가 지불: Stripe 처리 수수료(2.9% + 거래당 $0.30)가 정산에서 공제됩니다.
- 빠른 정산: Stripe에 연결하면 정산금이 보통 2-7 영업일 내에 은행 계좌에 도착합니다(국가에 따라 다름).
Multi-currency support
Dance is global, and so is Step. We support multiple currencies so dancers can pay in their local currency and organizers can receive funds in theirs.
Currency conversion is handled automatically at competitive rates. You'll always see the exact amount you'll pay before confirming your purchase.
Refunds and disputes
Life happens. Events get cancelled, plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair for everyone. Each organizer sets their own refund terms, which are clearly displayed before you buy.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll receive a full refund automatically. For other situations, see the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your data stays yours
We only share the minimum information needed to process your payment. Stripe handles your payment details directly. We never see your full card number.
For event tickets, organizers receive your name and email so they can send event updates and verify your ticket at check-in. That's it. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
