The profile menu
Where settings and tools live on Home
Step does not use a separate More tab. Most secondary tools and all settings open from the profile menu on Home.
Opening the menu
On the Home tab, the profile photo in the top right opens the menu.
Inside the sheet there is a search field, optional pinned shortcuts, and grouped sections.
Sections
- Search: finds commands and screens by name (for example tickets, payouts, or create event). Results can be pinned for quick access.
- Get connected: SoundCloud, Payouts, and related connections.
- Account: profile editing, notification preferences, currency, Cue visibility, and becoming an organizer.
- Help: About, privacy policy, FAQ, feedback, and terms.
- Privacy & safety: visibility, active devices, blocked users, and accessibility.
- Theme & language: light/dark appearance and app language, in the sheet header.
Organizer and role-specific items (My Manager, Create an event, My table, QR scanner, DJ Features, My Tickets, Dancepedia, and others) appear when the account has access. Paid ticket sales and door check-in require a connected payout method.
Profile editing
Profile fields are edited from this menu via Edit profile (not from other tabs).
Cue
Cue is the floating assistant. Its visibility is controlled under Account in the profile menu. Cue can describe how a feature works; actions such as refunds or payout connection still happen on their own screens.
